Is my fund safe?
API keys are restricted to trading only — no withdrawal permission is given. Your funds cannot be withdrawn by anyone. Your capital stays in your own exchange account at all times.
What is the minimum deposit?
Minimum $100 USDT on Binance. We recommend $300+ so the grid has enough room to average down comfortably during volatility.
How does the free trial work?
Open a new exchange account via our referral link, then message @QuantumGridCSbot on Telegram. First month is completely free — VPS + bot included. After 1 month, choose your plan and pay via USDT (BEP20).
Why only BTC/USDT?
BTC is the most stable crypto asset with the best long-term track record. Altcoins carry extreme volatility risk that makes grid DCA averaging very dangerous — a coin can drop 80–90% and never recover, leaving you with a permanent floating loss.
What if I have floating loss?
Floating loss is normal and expected in DCA Grid strategy — it means the bot is accumulating at lower prices. Do NOT manually close positions. The bot manages everything and takes profit automatically when price recovers to the target level.
What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
DCA Basic uses fixed step and TP settings — simple and consistent. DCA Advanced uses ATR Regime detection to automatically adjust step size and TP based on whether the market is trending bullish, bearish, or moving sideways.
Can I customize bot settings?
